Facing a lot of competition in the Coffee market, your favorite destination, Starbucks is now going to offer wine and drinks in the evening. This will be the next biggest move after the Starbucks Corp. bought the Tea shop chain Teavana, to bring tea at the same popularity level as coffee.
There is nothing to be surprised about this development actually. Chains like McDonalds and Taco Bell have taken newer avenues as well to keep their restaurants busy all round the day.
Starbucks Corp presently has 26 cafes where it offers wines and beer in the evening and it wants to increase this number to 40 by the end of this calendar year.
